VIPS wallets is available for PC (WIN / MAC) and mobile phone.
Each wallet has the same basic VIPS receiving and sending functions. Mobile wallet has an easy operation function using QR code and a camera.
PC version has a wealth of features, but it takes time to synchronize with VIPS network. Mobile version can be used in the field and does not require synchronization. Mobile version is suitable for those who want to use VIPS wallet easily.

Special information
Please check the following points.
- Be sure to back up your VIPS wallet password and passphrase (wallet.dat for PC version). It's necessary for restoration if there is a problem with the wallet or the device failure
- Passwords and passphrases are equivalent to bank account numbers and PINs. If known by others, you may lose the VIPS stored in your wallet
- The private key is stored on the your device. You have to manage private key by yourself. The developers of VIPS wallet and VIPS community do not store and manage your cryptographic assets.
○ Do you store password and passphrases?
VIPS wallet is of the type that you manage the private key by yourself.
Therefore, even if it is necessary to restore for a reason such as unexpected uninstallation, or failure of your devices, the developer can not support for you.
In order to restore, you will need a passphrase that you are requesting to save at the start of use, or a QR code that can be saved from the backup screen. Also, if something happens that needs support from the developer, we will guide you variously on the premise that you keep them.
